Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team (C/FST)

The Chester County Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team (C/FST) is dedicated to the belief that ultimate consumer success is founded in consumer satisfaction. Our mission is to determine consumer satisfaction and to work with the Chester County Department of Mental Health to incorporate our findings in the planning and implementation of mental health services in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Some of the ways we promote consumer satisfaction include:

• Assessing consumer satisfaction for individuals receiving county-funded mental health services
• Facilitating communication between various parties in the mental health system (county, community, consumers and providers)
• Offering consumer empowerment education to all mental health stakeholders
• Conducting consumer satisfaction work for the Chester County Managed Care Organization

Mental Health Resource Exchange (MHRE)

The Mental Health Resource Exchange (MHRE) is dedicated to furthering mental health education in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to provide a central location with information, training and education available on a wide variety of mental health issues. Some of the services we provide are:

• Brochures, pamphlets, articles and papers on mental health topics
• Speakers bureau providing qualified presenters for your mental health education needs Outreach to underserved communities
• Organize and implement training sessions
• Conduct and assist with internet and literature searches
• Maintain a cross-referenced database of all information currently available
