The COAD Group (formerly Chester County Council on Addictive Diseases) is a private, non-profit human services organization. We serve Chester County, Pennsylvania residents in the areas of substance use/abuse prevention, intervention, and education; public safety; and mental health services. We provide Information and Referral services, Substance Abuse Prevention & Education, Mental Health Awareness, and Safe Driving.
